SAKHALIN-NORTHEAST COAST.
1. GEOPHYSICAL OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL
   15 JUL BY M/V ZEPHYR-I TOWING 1000 METER
   LONG CABLE IN AREA BOUND BY
   52-45N 143-29E, 52-53N 143-28E,
   52-54N 143-40E, 52-46N 143-41E.
   THREE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
2. CANCEL THIS MSG 16 JUL.
