M/V CHIRIQUI III, BLACK HULL, UNREPORTED. LAST KNOWN POSITION VICINITY 21-11N 161-33E AT 121000Z OCT. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD.
