WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 12. 16 FOOT VESSEL, ONE PERSON ON BOARD, UNREPORTED. LAST KNOWN POSITION IN VICINITY OF LUKUNOR ATOLL (05-30-08N 153-49-01E) ON 14 JAN. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC GUAM, PHONE: 671 355 4824, E-MAIL: RCCGUAM@USCG.MIL.
