SOUTH CHINA SEA. F/V PY 90875, NINE PERSONS ON BOARD, DISABLED AND ADRIFT VICINITY 11-52N 111-18E AT 250030Z JUN. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
