1. S/V SENTIJN, GREEN HULL, TWO PERSONS ON BOARD,
   DISMASTED IN 39-44S 022-12E. VESSEL UNDERWAY
   BY MOTOR TO CAPE TOWN WITH INSUFFICIENT FUEL
   EXPECTED TO LAST 1.5 DAYS. VESSELS IN VICINITY
   REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF
   POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 1855/05.
