VESSEL PAN REVER DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE TROUBLE IN 29-07.6N 145-14.7E AT 050610Z NOV. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
