F/V TOKIWA MARU NR 8 DISABLED AND ADRIFT VICINITY 26-40N 147-01E AT 070440Z JAN. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
