WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 12. F/V SAGAKATSU MARU DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE TROUBLE IN 25-27N 145-41E AT 230020Z FEB. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
