SOUTH CHINA SEA. DNC 11. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED FROM M/V TEKNOGAS IN 07-36N 108-00E AT 100223Z JUN. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
