ANDAMAN SEA. BURMA. DNC 03. 1. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS 27 JAN THRU 25 MAY BY M/V PTSC RESEARCHER IN AREA BOUND BY 13-50N 095-25E, 15-35N 095-25E, 15-35N 096-15E, 13-50N 096-15E. THREE MILE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL THIS MSG 26 MAY 22.
