   MAHAJANGA (15-41S 046-21E) TO MORONI (11-39S 043-14E).
   VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT,
   ASSIST IF  POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC REUNION,

Persons on board (POB)
The number of people reported aboard a vessel in distress, overdue or missing.
Overdue vessel
A vessel has not arrived when expected and has not been heard from; ships are asked to look out for it.
Position (degrees and minutes)

Keep a sharp lookout
