SOUTH CHINA SEA. F/V DN 90152-TS REPORTS CREWMAN REQUIRING MEDICAL ASSISTANCE IN 15-31N 110-14E AT 150400Z JUL. VESSELS IN VICINITY ABLE TO PROVIDE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE REQUESTED TO ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC VIETNAM, PHONE: 43 768 3048, FAX: 43 768 3050.
