WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. PHILIPPINE SEA. DNC 12. 16 METER F/V YUJIN MARU DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE TROUBLE IN 21-44.5N 139-59.2E AT 240443Z JUN. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
