WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 12. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ FROM VESSEL YUEYANGDONG13319 IN 29-00-21N 145-18-46E AT 270805Z JUN. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD, PHONE: 814 5663 4999.
