NORTH PACIFIC. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 28-59-02N 160-08-27E AT 182035Z JUL. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO THIRD REGIONAL JAPAN COAST GUARD, PHONE: 814 5211 4999.
