NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 12. MAN OVERBOARD FROM M/V RYOFU MARU IN VICINITY 29-25N 163-31E AT 191000Z AUG. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD, PHONE: 812 2365 6957.
