WESTERN INDIAN OCEAN. DNC 02. NINE METER VESSEL, BLUE HULL, OVERDUE. LAST KNOWN POSITION IN 28-42-31S 048-52-16E AT 191349Z JAN. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
