1. 18 TON F/V, EXPERIENCING ENGINE TROUBLE, ADRIFT VICINITY 37-48N 151-49E AT 302300Z OCT. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 2135/08.
