SOUTH CHINA SEA. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ FROM VESSEL ELEONORA IN 11-47.4N 116-57.0E AT 020157Z AUG. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
