SOUTH CHINA SEA. DNC 11. F/V QNA 90129TS, 54 PERSONS ON BOARD, SANK IN 13-37.00N 114-33.00E ON 17 OCT. 40 PERSONS RESCUED, 14 PERSONS REMAIN MISSING.
