EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC. VESSEL DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN 09-27N 104-01W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC ALAMEDA, TELEX: 230172343, PHONE: 510 437 3701, E-MAIL: RCCALAMEDA@USCG.MIL.
