WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED IN 41-43.6N 170-40.2E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JRCC JUNEAU, PHONE: 907 463 2000, E-MAIL: JRCCJUNEAU@USCG.MIL.
