1. UNDERWATER CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP FU LAI IN AREA BETWEEN 15-00N 15-15N AND 119-35E 119-39E. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 1233/99(63), AID RESTORED. 3. CANCEL HYDROPAC 1334/99(61), 15/00 REFERS.
