WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. MAN OVERBOARD FROM F/V HO-JUI-FA VICINITY 22-12N 131-39E AT 061200Z AUG. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD.
