DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 16-00.2N 155-04.0E AT 231717Z DEC. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO U.S. COAST GUARD GUAM.
