1. HYDROGRAPHIC SURVEY OPERATIONS 15 NOV THRU 10 DEC BY M/V SUTLEJ IN AREA BETWEEN 17-55.0N 18-04.5N AND 072-49.5E 073-04.5E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 2224/08(75), AID RESTORED. 3. CANCEL THIS MSG 11 DEC.
