SOUTH CHINA SEA. MAN OVERBOARD FROM F/V BTH 98462 IN 08-54N 107-37E AT 041415Z AUG. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO VIETNAM COAST GUARD.
