NORTHERN INDIAN OCEAN. DNC 03. F/V SUDU BABY 03 DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN VICINITY 04-00N 086-00E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
