1. SEISMIC SURVEY 08 AUG UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY
   M/V VOYAGER EXPLORER TOWING FOUR 3600 METER
   LONG CABLES IN AREA BOUND BY
   09-30.1N 101-08.1E, 09-22.7N 101-12.8E,
   09-19.4N 101-12.8E, 09-19.4N 101-07.6E,
   09-30.1N 101-00.8E.

Reading this warning

Seismic survey
A survey that maps the rock beneath the seabed with sound pulses from air guns, recorded on streamers kilometres long.
Until further notice
The operation or danger has no scheduled end; the warning stays in force until a later message cancels it.
Towed array / streamer
Equipment towed a long way behind a vessel — sonar, a hydrophone cable, a sampling sled — invisible at the surface.
