WESTERN INDIAN OCEAN. PIRACY. PIRATE ACTIVITY IN 05-30S 043-30E AT 031830Z NOV. MARINERS ARE WARNED TO STAY CLEAR OF THIS AREA AS IT WILL REMAIN HIGH RISK FOR AT LEAST THE NEXT 24-48 HOURS. CAUTION ADVISED.
