NORTH PACIFIC. 196 TON F/V DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE DAMAGE IN 44-20N 153-33E AT 171440Z AUG. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
