WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 24. F/V CHIN FENG TSAI ON FIRE AND ADRIFT IN 42-32.5N 155-45.1E AT 311438Z AUG. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
