M/V APJ SURYAVIR, 28 PERSONS ON BOARD, DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN 44-55N 176-07E AT 202045Z DEC. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY U.S. COAST GUARD STATION.
