WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED FROM VESSEL BRILLIANT PIONEER IN 45-33N 175-46E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JRCC JUNEAU, PHONE: 907 463 2000, E-MAIL: JRCCJUNEAU@USCG.MIL.
