WESTERN SOUTH PACIFIC. CORAL SEA. DNC 06. 1. 12 METER S/V, BLUE HULL, UNKNOWN PERSONS ON BOARD, DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN 26-55S 162-10E AT 230249Z JUL. VESSEL IS UNRESPONSIVE.
