MOZAMBIQUE CHANNEL. MADAGASCAR. DNC 02. CABLE OPERATIONS 31 JUL UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP LEON THEVENIN IN AREA BOUND BY 23-15S 042-35E, 23-15S 043-34E, 23-25S 043-34E, 23-25S 042-35E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
