1. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 12-57N 146-14E
   AT 260930Z AUG. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED
   TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
