PHILIPPINE SE. PALAU. DNC 12. 60 FOOT F/V HALLELUJAR, EIGHT PERSONS ONBOARD, DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN VICINITY PALAU (09-00N 132-00E). VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC GUAM, PHONE: 671 355 4824, 671 355 4910, E-MAIL: RCCGUAM@USCG.MIL.
