SOUTH CHINA SEA. TAIWAN. DNC 23. 1. CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL 20 AUG BY M/V ANIEK IN AREA BOUND BY 20-47N 119-43E, 20-42N 119-41E, 20-36N 120-00E, 20-42N 120-00E, 20-37N 120-24E, 20-43N 120-24E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 2598/19. 3. CANCEL THIS MSG 21 AUG 19.
