SOUTHEASTERN INDIAN OCEAN. AUSTRALIA. DNC 04. CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V RELIANCE IN AREA BOUND BY 31-44.60S 114-47.30E, 31-52.70S 114-47.30E, 31-52.70S 115-40.10E, 31-44.60S 115-40.10E. THREE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
