FIVE PERSONS ON BOARD, UNREPORTED TO
HAMBANTOTA (06-07-28N 081-07-21E).
VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP
LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO
MRCC COLOMBO OR RCC AUSTRALIA.
