WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. F/V DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE TROUBLE IN 45-20.0N 153-26.8E AT 061625Z SEP. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
