WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. KURIL ISLANDS. F/V DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE TROUBLE IN 45-08.1N 149-30.3E AT 180005Z JUL. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
