NORTH PACIFIC. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 21-12.8N 170-37.9E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JRCC HONOLULU, TELEX: 392401, PHONE: 808 535 3333, FAX: 808 535 3338, E-MAIL JRCCHONOLULU@USCG.MIL.
