TIMOR SEA. DNC 04. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V BHAGWAN DRYDEN / VHCO IN AREA BOUND BY 11-21.34S 127-26.19E, 11-21.34S 129-53.92E, 12-01.15S 129-53.92E, 12-01.15S 127-26.19E. THREE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
