BASS STRAIT. AUSTRALIA. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V SAMSON EXPLORER IN AREA BOUND BY 39-47.00S 145-46.00E, 39-53.00S 145-46.00E, 39-53.00S 145-52.00E, 39-47.00S 145-52.00E. THREE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
