SOUTH CHINA SEA. VIETNAM. DNC 11. M/V XIN AO YUAN JIAN, DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE FAILURE IN 08-30.25N 108-05.95E AT 260117Z JAN. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC VIETNAM, FAX: 8422 5398 1615, E-MAIL: HPLES-GMDSS@HPLES.COM.VN.
Reading this warning
- DNC (Digital Nautical Chart)
