ARABIAN SEA. YEMEN. 1. FOUR METER VESSEL, FIVE PERSONS ON BOARD, UNREPORTED. LAST KNOWN POSITION 12-42N 054-11E AT 171550Z SEP. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 2808/13(81).
