MOZAMBIQUE CHANNEL. NINE METER M/V VENTURE, THREE PERSONS ON BOARD, UNREPORTED MADAGASCAR (20-00S 047-00E) TO RICHARDS BAY (28-48S 032-06E). VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC CAPE TOWN OR DURBAN MARITIME RADIO.
