SOUTHEASTERN INDIAN OCEAN. AUSTRALIA. DNC 04. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V BLUEY IN AREA BOUND BY 30-18.00S 114-04.00E, 31-50.00S 114-04.00E, 31-50.00S 115-30.00E, 30-18.00S 115-30.00E. THREE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
